Tuna Salad with Avocado Mayo

For the avocado mayonnaise dressing:

1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1-2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped (adjust to how spicy you want it)
Salt and pepper to taste
Tuna Salad:

2 cans tuna, drained and thinly sliced
​​1 head butter lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 green apple, thinly sliced
​​1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Prepare avocado mayo dressing:
