I wanted to share this recipe I discovered with you all! But I made it for lunch today and it turned out delicious! And it’s so easy, even my kids love it!
1 tin of cookies, flattened into muffin tin. In a bowl combine cooked shredded chicken, 1/2 bag of cooked frozen mixed vegetables, 1 can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken, a pinch of pepper and garlic powder. Then use the mixture as a filling, then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sol is quick and easy!
