Hamburger Potatoes Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
3-4 potatoes, cut into chunks
1 pound ground beef
12 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Prepare Potatoes:
Cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil the potato chunks in salted water until tender. Once done, submerge the boiled potatoes in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Strain the potatoes in a colander.
Brown Ground Beef:
In a skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Prepare Cheese Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat. Add the Velveeta cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cream. Stir continuously until the cheese melts, and the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the boiled and strained potatoes and the cooked ground beef to the cheese sauce. Combine everything gently, ensuring that the potatoes and beef are evenly coated with the cheese sauce.
Continue Heating:
Keep the mixture on low heat until it is heated through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even heating.
Serve:
Once everything is heated through and well combined, you can serve the Hamburger and Potatoes in Cheese Sauce immediately.
Garnish (Optional):
Garnish with additional black pepper or chopped fresh parsley for a burst of freshness (optional).
Enjoy:
Serve this comforting dish warm and enjoy the delightful combination of hamburger, potatoes, and creamy cheese sauce.
