Carrot cake with cream cheese frost covered with walnuts

Ingredients

Preheat oven 350 degree

Sprinkle generously with cooking oil and sprinkle with flour.

+Cake Mixture:

°1 box of yellow cake mix

°3 eggs

°1 cup water

°1/2 cup of cider

°2 cups grated islands or food.

Mix until blended and lumpy.

+Frost:

In a separate bowl add

°4 ounces. From room temperature fat-free cream cheese

°1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

°3 tbsp sugar powder mixed with 2 1/2 tbsp. Water
