° 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
° 2/3 cup milk evaporated2 tablespoons of ghee or butter
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 2 cups of mini marshmallows
° 1 1/3 cup semisweet morsels chocolate
° 1/3 cup pecans chopped // OR walnuts //
Things first, prepare all the ingredients.Then rearrange shape, usually taking a little one, about 9 inches, & covering it with aluminum foil.Putting sugar, butter, salt, & condensed milk in a saucepan.Bring the pan to a boil on the fire, stirring constantly.Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, the dough should be soft and not juicy. The sugar should completely dissolve.Removing pot from heat, add marshmallows, walnuts, chocolate chips & vanilla extract. Blend mass to marshmallow dissolves.
Putting hot dessert in form and putting it in refrigerator To it cools. The fudge must cold in refrigerator about 2 hours, after which it is taken out also cutting to pieces.
