Strawberry Sheet Cake

– 2 heaping cups sliced fresh strawberries.

– 1 box white cake mix.

– 1 PKG strawberry gelatin.

– 3/4 cup vegetable oil.

– 3 large eggs.

Strawberry Frosting

– 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries.

– 2 cups confectioners’ sugar.

– 1 cup softened butter.

– 1 tsp vanilla extract.


STEP 1: Spray a plate gently with a cooking spray and preheat oven to 350 ° F.

STEP 2: In a blender or food processor, put 2 cups of strawberries and process until very finely chopped. Measure 1 cup.

STEP 3: In a mixing bowl, incorporate cake mixture, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix together with a hand mixer for 4 minutes.

STEP 4: Mix the strawberry puree in 1 cup with the strawberry gelatin.
