hese are my salmon croquettes/patties ect… I still make my croquettes like my granny.
I drain 1 can of pink salmon put into a medium bowl,
I leave bones and skin because they’re soft and delicious lol.
But remove if you don’t like them.
To the bowl of pink salmon I chop and add half of a bell pepper, some chopped onions, 2 eggs salt and pepper and half of a sleeve of saltines crackers.
Mix well now form your patties and fry in your hot oil on medium high heat until golden brown.
Pink salmon is so expensive now days, so I make them far and in between
