Ingredients:
1 16 oz can of fried beans
1 14 ounces whole corn, drained
1 pound ground beef, or choice of meat
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can of green pepper
8 large tortillas of your choice, cut in half
2 cups grated Fiesta cheese
Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat stove to 350*Broil the minced meat in an enormous griddle
Add the taco preparing and stew for a couple of moments
Add the enchilada sauce, refried beans, corn and a little jar of green pepper
Mix well and let it stew for a couple of additional minutes until warmed throughIn a 9×13 baking dish, oil the lower part of the skillet, then, at that point, place four tortillas to cover the lower part of the container.
