1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 lbs. Baby Back Ribs Cut Apart Separately
2 cup All Purpose Flour
Pepper, Garlic Powder And Other Seasonings Of Your Choice To Taste
Oil For Frying
Heat the oil in a skillet with deep sides over medium high heat on the stove.
Rub the ribs with apple cider vinegar and then rinse.
Rub the ribs with lemon juice and rinse. Pat the ribs dry.
Season all sides of the ribs with pepper, garlic powder and other seasonings of your choosing.
Coat the outside of the ribs in flour.
Fry the ribs in the prepared oil for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
