Use a chuck to sear the charred ends. Trust the process.
Roasted Chuck (we used 2)
Butter Brown Sugar
Cut the meat into strips as shown in the first picture.
Once the strips are on the grill, cook until medium-rare. Then cut them into cubes and add them to a tin pan with barbecue sauce, brown sugar, butter and honey. Cover, place back on grill and cook over indirect heat for 45 minutes to an hour.
You can use any seasonings and BBQ sauce you like. We used Boss Pig seasoning and Stubbs, it was sticky and sweet
