Conchas are my life , this recipe never fails me and I always get soft fluffy conchas flavors /mazapán/strawberry/pistachio /chocolate /vanilla
Recipe Dough
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of warm milk
1/2 cup of warm water
1/3 cup of oil
2 eggs room temp
Teaspoon salt
Two packets of yeast(active dry)
3.25-4 cups of flour
Concha crust:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of shortening
1/4 cup of butter
Two teaspoons of extract
