List of ingredients
°300g flour
°150ml milk
°150ml sunflower oil
°200g sugar
°Vanilla extract
°4 eggs
°1 C. baking powder
°1 pinch of salt
°2 tbsp. tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Recipe steps
Whisk the sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl
Add oil and milk, continue to mix
Add the yeast, salt and flour. Mix until you obtain a nice smooth and shiny cake batter, which you divide in 2
In one of the halves, add cocoa powder with 2 tbsp. tablespoons water and mix well
In a buttered cake tin, spread 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa paste in the center, the paste will spread out in a circle
In the middle of this first circle, gently place a c. tablespoons of plain dough, then once it has spread, a c. tablespoons of cocoa paste in the center etc. (watch the video to be sure 🙂
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes
