Vegetable Garlic Lemon Pepper Alfredo
*It looks like one of those freezer garbage bags..but no.. all homemade and delicious
INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs [or breasts]
Fresh cut Cabbage [I used half]
Broccoli [I used a medium steamer basket]
A generous handful of fresh minced garlic
One small onion, diced
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick of butter
1-2 cups parm chz [I Usually fresh shredded is used, but
I only had the powdered one today. . Ok]
Noodles of your choice optional
Crushed red chilli/extra parm chz as toppings
Spray a few drops of lemon juice
