Ingredients:
2 cups (180 g) oatmeal
1 C. tsp (cc) baking soda (soda)
1 cup (140 g) flour
1 C. tsp (cc) salt
1 cup (180 g) brown sugar
3/4 cup (180 g) butter
Mix all of the ingredients together. Spread half of the mixture in a greased dish.
Trim:
1 pint (500 ml) 35% cream
1 1/2 cups (270 g) brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
Stir and spread over mixture and add balance of oatmeal mixture
Bake at 375°F (190°C), 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy !
