Skillet chicken, mushroom sauce and wine

Ingredients

°3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut diagonally into cutlets
°cup all-purpose flour
°salt 1/2 tsp
°1 teaspoon of pepper
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°12 ounces mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
°4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
°1 tablespoon of olive oil
°2 minced garlic cloves
°2 shallots, thinly sliced
°1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
°Half a cup of dry white wine
°Half a cup of heavy cream
°2 springs of fresh thyme
°1 t Dijon mustard
°2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water or broth
