1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbl minced onion
1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning
3/4 cup tomato paste
4 oz canned sliced mushrooms (optional)


Get ready filling and saved.
In medium blending bowl, consolidate flour, yeast, sugar and salt; blend well. In pot over medium intensity, heat acrid cream, water and shortening to 120-130°F (shortening doesn’t have to dissolve) then, at that point, add to flour blend. Add egg. Blend by hand until fairly smooth.
Spread into lubed 9 or 10-inch pie dish to make an outside. Spoon filling into outside; sprinkle with cheddar.
Prepare at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until light brilliant brown. Serve right away.
