Pineapple Upside-Down Cake


°3 egg
°1/2 c flour
°3/4 c sugar
°3/4 c liquid milk
°2 tsp baking powder
°1/2 tsp of vanilla
°100 g of butter
°1 can pineapple

  • Methods

To making burnt sugar, put the sugar in a saucepan over the heat until it melts, add water up to a cup of coffee with a small piece of butter, stir for 6 minutes, and to put out the fire.
To make the cake, in an electric mixer, put the butter and the sugar, add the eggs, one egg at a time, and add the flour and liquid milk.
Grease sides of pan with butter and flour to prevent cake from sticking. Add the burnt sugar, then round the pineapple slices with a little juice, then add the cake mix.
The mold went into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove the mold from the oven, let cool and stir.
