Homemade Meatballs subs


°16 frozen or homemade meat ball below

°2 cups pasta sauce or marinara sauce

°4 coils hoagie

°4 tbsp garlic butter

°1 cup grated provolone or mozzarella

°Meatballs (or use frozen meatballs if preferred)

°1 pound lean mince

°1 Egg

°1⁄2 cup of spiced breadcrumbs

°1⁄2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

°1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder

°Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare meatballs as directed on the packaging or homemade meatballs, collect all the meatballs ingredients.

Wrap in 1 ′ balls ′ put in a paper-lined frying pan. Bake at 350 ° F for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Place the cooked meatballs in a saucepan with the pasta sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meantime, spreading garlic butter inside every roll. Heat the broilers and barbecue until golden, about 3 minutes.

Arrange coils in a baking dish 9 × 13. Put 4 meatballs in each roll and top with a little sauce and cheese.

Brewell 2-3 minutes or even melts cheese. Serve with extra sauce to dip if desired.
