mixed veggies, optional

6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts

(1/2) cup butter – cut into pieces

salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:

With the salt and the pepper, put it on top of the chicken and dress them properly. Then, take them, once they’re seasoned, to the bottom part of the crock pot.

Whisk your bouillon together, and then take it and put it over the soup itself.

Take it, put the lid on top of the mixture, and then cook this on high for about 6 hours.

Remove this, and then tear all of it with forks until you have it in pieces.

Take the chicken, throw it back into the pot, and then, add the noodles to the soup now.

Put the lid on top, cook it for another couple hours, or until the noodles are nice and tender. Sometimes, you have to stir this a little bit more during the last couple of hours, and you might want to put more broth in there to help with the soup not thinning out.

When you’re done, add some parsley to the top of this.

Take the pot, dish it out into some bowls, and then, salt and pepper as needed to season this before you serve it!
