CLASSIC POTATO PANCAKES

This incredible recipe was given to me by my dear, friend, Louise. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

2 Eggs

¼ c all-purpose flour

4 large russet potatoes

1 medium onion

½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste

¼ teaspoon pepper or to taste
