Directions:
Preheat oven 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In bowl, beat butter with an electric blender on medium speed to creamy and smooth.
Adding sugar and continue to beat to light and fluffy, for 5 minutes.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, making sure each egg is completely incorporated before adding the next.
Mix with vanilla extract.
In separate bowl, whisking the flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in three additions, alternating with the milk, and mixing until just combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking for 1 hour and 15 mn
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut it into slices and serve as desired. Enjoy!
