Directions:
Meatballs:
- 1) Preheat the oven to 400.
- 2) Adding all of meatball ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combined.
- 3) Shape it into about 15 meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
*4) Baking for 25 mn or to cooked through.
Put the casserole together:
- 1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
*2) Pour 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of a small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- 3) Place the cooked meatballs in the plate and top with the remaining enchilada sauce. Put grated cheese on top.
- 4) Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
