*Preparation
Preheat the oven to 210°C (220°C). Put the butter in a 1cm baking dish and place in the preheated oven until the butter melts.
In a bowl, combine the baking mix, lime soda and sour cream until the dough is sticky and sticky, then turn the dough out on a floured work surface and roll into a circle one centimeter thick. Cut circles using a cookie cutter or edge. A glass of wine and put in the melted butter.
Bake in a preheated oven until cookies are golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and leave until the butter is completely absorbed.
