Taco Stuffed Shells

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning, salsa, and 1/2 cup of each type of cheese into the cooked beef.
Spoon the beef mixture into each cooked pasta shell and place the stuffed shells in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the stuffed shells.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top before serving.
